Purpose and Scope:

The Remote Processing Station Operator (RPSO) is responsible for all Remote Station Operations (RPS) for GPMS PACAF Program and Exercise/Contingency Logistics Support. Ensures all required computer listings and reports are available for all of the company’s Area of Responsibility (AOR) locations. Physical Inventory Control Section – Inventory control is responsible for centralized execution of inventory functions for the GPMS Deputy Program Manager all in accordance with inventory policy contained in DLM 4000.25-M, Defense Logistics Management System Manual, IAW relevant Air Force Instructions, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and DynCorp ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepares schedules for processing reports and listings at assigned site and AOR Locations as required.
  • Coordinates to acquire Query Language Programs for reports and listings not available through established standard reports. Develops and maintains Microsoft Access database applications supporting special project requirements.
  • Ensures all accountable documents output from the RPS are controlled during all hours of operation at assigned location.
  • Ensures reports, listings, and accountable documents to applicable AOR location sites and other functions within ILS-S are available and accessible.
  • Perform inventories/adjustment (1GP), submit schedule, and proposed changes to the schedule to SLSE for PACAF/A4R. Maintain a monthly inventory accuracy rate which is calculated and reflected on the Base Supply Management Report (M32)
  • Perform causative research inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage and control all rejects resulting from item records being frozen for inventory to include lifting the freeze code.
  • Perform inventory count for cycle inventories, complete research, documentation, reverse-post and repost transaction to correct error conditions.
  • Consolidated Inventory Adjustment Document Register (M10/NGV836). Conduct a monthly/semi-annual inventory analysis. Provide a copy of the report, M10 and supporting adjustment documents/ research adjustment documents via electronic method, within 10 calendar days of production of the M10 to SLSE for PACAF /A4, which includes but is not limited to the status of inventory adjustments, the status of over 180/365 days inventory and reverse-post transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
  • Experience in programming is desirable.
  • Experience of functions and activities relating to USAF Supply material management requirements and computer systems (ILS-S), predominantly in the Inventory role.
  • Experience with US Air Force Supply Computer System – IL-SS, LIMS-EV.
  • Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license. May be required to operate material handling equipment.
  • Preferred knowledge of other USAF Supply (Material Management) 2S roles with the ability to assist with secondary Supply duty functions.
  • Main roles are identified above; however, you must be adaptable to work other areas within the WRM Supply (e.g., MRSP, Customer Service, Equipment, and or Inspections) section as required at the discretion of the Site Supply Manager and or Site Manager.
  • Utilize special inventory counts if deemed necessary. Special inventory counts are used to reconcile out- of-balance conditions discovered during other than complete or sample inventory counts.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have at minimum of two years’ experience working with USAF or US service equivalent computer systems.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Experience:

  • Maximo experience preferred.

Contract Requirements in accordance with Appendix J:

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.
  • Working knowledge of ESS/ILSS
  • Working knowledge of manual and automated supply accounting systems, AFH 23-123, AFI 23-101, and AFMAN 23-122, AFH 23-123 Vol 3, 24-203 Chap 3, AFMAN 25-101policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of 635th SCOW and USAF policies and procedures.


Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

  • Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
  • Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
