Wonderful Vegan Mother’s Day recipes to celebrate your mom this Mother’s Day. Here are 21 healthy, delicious, and meat-freebrunch, dinner, and dessert ideas to show mom how much she’s loved and appreciated.
Here’s a wonderful assortment of brunch, dinner, and dessert recipes. So, you should have no problem coming up with a meal that’s healthy and delicious – two things that are sure to say, “I love you, mom!”
Mother’s Day is always hard for me and it has been for the last 20 years. I lost my mom to cancer back in 2000 when she was only 51. And, after all these years it doesn’t get any easier. She was an incredibly special person and the most selfless human on the planet.
And, while I’m incredibly thankful for the time I had with her, not a day goes by that I don’t wish I could hug her one more time. One of my favorite things to do for mom when I was little was to cook for her. And, no matter how terrible it was, she would always convince me it was the best meal of her life.
So, this year make mom a special meal. It will mean more than spending money at some fancy restaurant. And, she’s sure to think it’s the best meal she’s ever had in her life. Because mothers have a way of seeing, and tasting, the beauty in everything their children create or cook.
I’ve even asked some of my favorite vegan food bloggers to help out. And, they have blessed us with some amazing recipes that are sure to make your mom feel loved…inside and out.
